Cheese tip: Journaling is meant to record what you had experienced in some periods of time and to help you to acknowledge and understand what you’re feeling and thinking. It also has a positive effect in reducing the risk of dementia :)
If you’re new to journaling, it’s okay not to write everyday. Write your journal once in a week is also fine. Don’t push yourself too far. Just write down everything, anytime, and anywhere you want.
